I am a certified strength and conditioning coach and the CEO & Founder of Cyber Fitness, committed to advancing Sustainable Development Goal 3: Good Health & Well-Being by transforming how women access fitness in the digital age. I work with diverse populations, including women, youth, corporate professionals, and underserved communities, integrating fitness with nutrition awareness, stress management, and positive lifestyle change. This integrated approach supports both individual well-being and community-level health resilience.
Through my journey, I have witnessed how fitness can transform not only bodies, but mindsets and lives. This inspired me to develop inclusive and sustainable fitness programs that support both physical and mental well-being. Through Cyber Fitness, women across the globe join a growing community of thousands, breaking barriers and taking charge of their health. Guided by the belief that health is a fundamental human right, we actively collaborate with development organizations, NGOs, schools, and community initiatives to create accessible, affordable, and culturally sensitive wellness programs that contribute to healthier and more resilient societies.
At Cyber Fitness, we go beyond workouts—I lead a global community of women, empowering them to achieve sustainable health, confidence, and physical independence. I firmly believe that movement is medicine, and that when women are empowered to take charge of their health, stronger and more resilient communities are built.
